Killer Conditioning Training of the Day

This work out is done for "time." Your goal is to TKO Syd "The Jewel" Vanderpool's time of 0:6:18.

50 Squats (hands on back of head, prisoner style, knees bent at 90 degrees so thighs are parallel to the floor during the squat)

50 Burpees (jump at the top, chest hits the floor at the bottom)

50 Sit ups (feet must stay on the ground and hands stay touching your head).
